1. Please let me know what date and time you are looking for and duration of a massage.
2. If you need a receipt for insurance reimbursement, I need to know your first and last name that will show on the receipt so I can prepare it in advance. Otherwise please write “ NO receipt”

Monday – Saturday : 9.30 Am - 9.00 Pm
Sunday : 5.30 Pm - 9.00 Pm
My schedules are quite flexible, just contact me when you are sure about the date and time.
